Hi, I'm Brian Flanagan. I am an engineer with over thirty years management consulting experience gained with Invest-Tech; P-E Consulting Group (international management consultancy); National Enterprise Agency (venture capital company); and Dublin Business Innovation Centre (enterprise development initiative supported by the European Commission). I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants in Ireland (FIMCI) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Currently, I work with Invest-Tech Limited, an Irish-based, independent management consultancy providing advice and assistance in areas relating to business and corporate planning, strategic development and appraisal. We also develop and sell many software packages for business and financial planning applications. Details at our PlanWare website.

PlanWare is a major interest. We have tried to develop the site as a significant resource offering a conbination of free and paid-for stuff of interest to entrepeneurs, small biz managers and professional advisers seeking help or tools relating to business planning.
