To Answer your questions on my discussion page:

I believe that anything you do with Smallbusiness.com needs to be within Smallbusiness.com, and as far as I know that goes for any other sites using wikimedia software. If another wikimedia site contains information or files that you would like to use on Smallbusiness.com, I'm fairly certain they are fair game (it's part of the rules for using wikimedia software). For the most part, however, these are separate and distinct sites, and have no affiliation outside of the use of the same software.

By the way, how does marketing for Smallbusiness operate - how fast and in what direction is it planned to grow?
