National Entrepreneurship Week is an event organization by the Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education, that describes it[1] as an annual "celebration of the heritage of entrepreneurship in America and new opportunities for the next generation." In 2006 the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution declaring the need for a celebration of National Entrepreneurship Week as "a celebration of American entrepreneurs and the lifelong learning educational opportunities that prepare the new business leaders of the future."

In 2010, the event was observed during the week of February 20-27, 2010. During the week, webinars and events were held in locations across the country.
