SCORE-intro is a local chapter of SCORE, "Counselors of America Small Business Owners," the U.S. association designated as a "resource partner" by the U.S. Small Business Administration and dedicated to helping small business owners form and grow their businesses. SCORE is comprised of 12,400 volunteer business counselors throughout the U.S. and its territories. There are about 364 SCORE chapters in urban, suburban and rural communities. SCORE was formed in 1964 and nearly 8.5 million business owners have utilized SCORE services.
