The Central California Small Busines Development Center - Visalia Satellite offers one-stop assistance to individuals and small businesses by providing a wide variety of information and guidance. Small Business Development Centers are cooperative efforts of the private sector, the educational community and federal, state and local governments.

Hosted by leading universities, colleges, and state economic development agencies, and funded in part through a partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, there are approximately 1,000 Small Business Development centers from coast-to-coast that offer no-cost consulting and low-cost training.
